Since the output voltage of the diesel generator set is relatively low when it is first started, the voltage is not used as a sign of successful start during the starting process, but the frequency and diesel oil pressure are used as the sign. During the start-up process, it is detected that the oil pressure of the diesel generator is high, or the frequency has been continuously increased for a period of time, and the start-up is considered successful. In order to improve the reliability of the system, the diesel generator is allowed to start 3 times continuously, each start time is about 3s, and the interval is 2s. If the start is unsuccessful for 3 times, the diesel generator is prohibited from starting and an error is reported. Considering that when the battery voltage is low, the diesel generator may also fail to start. Therefore, if the battery voltage is detected to be low during the starting process, the buzzer will be used to buzz. When the grid returns to normal, the battery will be charged, and the diesel generator is allowed to start again at this time. If the diesel generator starts successfully, it will enter the power supply state of the diesel generator set.
