Severe wear of piston ring

The piston ring or cylinder liner is severely worn, which will cause the cylinder to be tightly sealed, resulting in insufficient compression pressure. Not only will the diesel engine emit blue smoke due to the oil being burned, but also black smoke will appear under heavy load.

When the diesel engine emits black smoke due to the wear of the piston ring, the following phenomena will also occur in the diesel engine:

a. Diesel engines burn engine oil, and engine oil consumption increases;

b. Insufficient diesel engine power;

c. The diesel engine emits blue smoke at low load idling, and blue and black smoke at heavy load;
