PB type balance container  
 
The balance container is used in conjunction with a water level indicator or a differential pressure transmitter, which can reflect the water level in the bubble (weight) during the startup, shutdown and normal operation of the vortex furnace.

Brief structure
 
1. The balance container is composed of a positive pressure compensation tube, a negative pressure tube, a cylinder, and a funnel.
2. The balance container and the steam drum outlet pipe are connected by flanges.
 
Installation Notes
 
1. Ensure that the balance container is vertical during installation, and the sample tube should be horizontal, but the steam sampling tube can be inclined upward.
2. The condensate pipe should be connected to the descending pipe with the fastest water circulation. The takeover position is left according to the schematic diagram.
